For this project, we worked in close collaboration with our clients to create a kitchen that showcases lived-in minimalism; with earth tones, black accents and lots of white. This kitchen is defined by depth and balance, where warm wood tones and darker finishes are layered with intention, and carried on into the butler's pantry. Rift white oak cabinetry brings a natural warmth, with subtle grain variation and beveled detailing that adds a tailored, dimensional feel. A mix of glass doors with interior lighting and paneled profiles hiding appliances, introduce quiet variation, keeping the overall composition of the space refined without feeling interrupted.
Painted cabinetry in a deep Sherwin-Williams Tricorn Black adds major contrast to the space, creating dimension yet anchoring the lighter rift white oak elements. The island becomes a focal point with its sculptural presence and waterfall quartz surface, offering both function and visual weight within the room.
The result is a kitchen that feels structured yet warm- layered with contrast, thoughtful detailing, and a balance of materials that creates a selected, modern presence, built for everyday use by the family.
