K&S Woodworks was founded in Lynden, WA in 2006 by Kolin Veldman. What began with a young man's hands-on passion for woodworking, starting with small projects at home using basic tools, grew into a respected custom cabinetry and millwork shop.
The business grew quickly in its first year. That early momentum confirmed what the region was missing: a different kind of cabinet partner, one built on clear processes, exact execution, and real commitment to the people who carry the work.
Over nearly two decades, we have grown from a small operation into a trusted resource for high-end residential and commercial projects. Our expansion has always been measured, adding skilled team members who share the same standards of craftsmanship and accountability. Today, K&S Woodworks serves builders, architects, and designers working on custom homes throughout Western and Eastern Washington, with a particular focus on thoughtful collaboration and reliable outcomes.
